01 General Terms & Conditions

975.bar ("we", "our platform") is an international online gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 975.bar and its users.

By registering with 975 or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

• In the event of any conflict between the Bangla and English versions of the terms, the English version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 975, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in your account being closed.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. No one under 18 will be permitted to open an account with 975.
• Introduction: Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts under the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Contact Information: Providing an active mobile number and email address is mandatory.
• Password: It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. 975 is not liable for any loss resulting from a shared password.
• KYC Verification: For large withdrawals, a national ID card or passport may need to be submitted.

03 Bonuses & Promotions

975 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of these bonuses.

• Each bonus offer has its own Wagering Requirement, which is clearly stated on the offer page.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be converted to cash only after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• Bonus validity is generally between 7 and 30 days, as specified in the offer terms.
• Promotional codes that are not used at the time of the offer cannot be claimed at a later date.
• 975 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

These Terms & Conditions regarding deposits and withdrawals apply to all members. Transactions can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: Generally starts from BDT 500; may vary depending on the payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 or more; the maximum limit is determined by your account verification level.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–24 hours; processing may take longer on public holidays.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Charges: Deposits are free of charge. Payment provider fees may apply to withdrawals.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

05 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 975. Any violation will result in account closure and full balance forfeiture.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual's name.
• Placing bets against yourself or engaging in collusive betting to meet bonus requirements.
• Use of software bots, automation tools, or any hacking attempts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Disturbing, harassing, or intimidating other members.

06 Account Closure & Suspension

975 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest conduct is found.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to BDT 100 per month may be deducted starting after 12 months of inactivity, until the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified by email before the account is closed.

07 Privacy & Data Protection

975 treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Your personal information will be used for the purpose of providing our services.
• Your data will never be sold to third parties.
• All data is secured through SSL encryption.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

975 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Option to self-exclude for a set period of time.
• If you notice signs of problem gambling, please notify our support team immediately.
• Do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to register an account or play.

09 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–72 hours.

• Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of the submission date.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, arbitration through a neutral third party is available.
• In the event of any dispute, 975's records will be considered final and conclusive.
• Legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

10 Terms Updates & Effectivity

975 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the site following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are effective under applicable laws and regulations.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
